Partners are the businesses supplying leads to you. While customers buy your leads, partners are on the supply side—they’re vendors, affiliates, or other sources sending leads into your system.

Partners vs. sources

A quick clarification on the relationship:
ConceptWhat it representsExample
PartnerA business entity that supplies leads”Acme Lead Gen Inc.”
SourceA technical endpoint that receives leads”Acme - Auto Insurance Form”
A single partner can have multiple sources (one for each form, campaign, or integration they run), and each source tracks its own API credentials, field mappings, and performance metrics. Partners let you manage the business relationship; sources handle the technical details.

The partner list

Navigate to Partners in your tenant dashboard to see all your lead suppliers. Click any partner to view their details and manage related data.

Partner overview

Click on a partner to see their overview page. This shows basic information about the partner along with navigation to manage related data:
  • Overview — Partner details and basic information
  • Sources — Which sources are assigned to this partner
  • Users — People who can log into this partner account
  • Invites — Pending invitations for new users

Managing sources

The Sources tab shows all sources assigned to this partner. From here you can:
  • Assign sources — Connect existing sources to this partner
  • Unassign sources — Remove the association between a source and partner
Assigning sources to partners helps you organize your lead supply by business relationship rather than just technical endpoint.

Managing users

Partners can have their own users who log in to view their performance and manage their account. The Users tab shows everyone with access to this partner.

Partner roles

Partner users have their own set of roles, separate from your tenant’s internal roles:

Partner AdminFull access to the partner account
Partner UserStandard access for day-to-day operations

Removing users

If someone should no longer have access to a partner account, click Remove to detach them. This is immediate—they’ll lose access right away.

  1. Go to the partner’s Invites tab
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a partner role
  5. Send the invite
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account.

Pending invites

Invitations that haven’t been accepted appear in the Invites tab. From here you can:
  • Resend — Send the invitation email again
  • Revoke — Cancel the invitation
Revoked invites become invalid immediately.
