Club is a customer-facing pool of leads that eligible customers can claim for free. It gives you a flexible fallback for leads that are not a fit for your usual auction, round-robin, or marketplace path—without turning your distribution plan into a fruit salad. A Club lead can be claimed by more than one customer up to the claim cap you set. A customer can only claim a given source lead once.

Before you start

To offer a Club subscription, you need:
  • Club enabled in Subscription Products.
  • A fully onboarded connected Stripe account.
  • A subscription product with at least one active tier that grants Club access.
You can also grant Club access manually to a customer when you need to make an exception or are setting up the feature.

Set up your Club

Open Subscription Products in your tenant dashboard. The page has two related areas:
  1. Subscription Product and Tiers — Create the product customers subscribe to, then add one or more monthly tiers. Each tier can grant Club access. The product and prices are created in your connected Stripe account; changing a tier’s price creates a new price for new subscribers while existing subscribers keep their current price.
  2. Club — Enable Club, choose its customer-facing URL, and write the heading and description customers see before they subscribe.
When Club is disabled, customers cannot access it and tiers that only grant Club access are not offered. The default /club address continues to work if you later change the custom Club URL, but changing the custom URL can break bookmarks and shared links.

Add leads to Club

You can place leads into Club in two ways:
  • Add a Club stage to a distribution flow. Configure the default number of customers who may claim each lead routed through that stage.
  • Use the tenant bulk-upload flow to place leads directly into Club and set the claim cap for that upload.
A lead remains available until its claim cap is reached. A lead with no cap can stay available indefinitely. Club leads and their claimed copies do not count toward your tenant plan usage.

What happens when a customer claims a lead

When an eligible customer claims a Club lead:
  • The claim does not deduct from the customer’s wallet.
  • The lead is delivered to the customer’s normal lead list.
  • Juiced uses the usual CRM, webhook, and workflow delivery path.
  • The available claim count decreases when a cap is set.
  • The source lead disappears from that customer’s Club table, so they cannot claim it twice.
Club claims are not exclusive purchases. If you set a claim cap above one, other eligible customers can claim the same source lead until the cap is reached.

Customer access and subscriptions

Customers with access can browse available Club leads and claim them. Customers without access see the Club pitch and a subscription option when your tenant offers one. Subscriptions are billed monthly to the customer’s saved card through your connected Stripe account. A customer retains Club access through the current paid period after canceling. If a payment fails, access can remain during a short grace period before it is revoked.
