Your company profile contains the core information about your business. This information appears throughout the platform and is shown to your customers in the buyer portal. To edit your profile, select Company Profile from the tenant menu.

Identity

Your company name as it appears across the platform and to your customers.

Contact

Primary contact information for your business:
  • Email — Your main business email
  • Phone — Your business phone number

Billing

Your billing address for invoices. This includes:
  • Street address and apt/suite
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Country
This is separate from your payment methods, which you manage in Billing.

Operating countries

Select the countries where you operate. This setting affects regional features and compliance options available to your account.

Support

Configure how your customers reach you when they need help:

The Default Name field sets the default name used for TCPA compliance when recording consent. This applies to one-to-one consent scenarios where a specific company name is required.
