Club is a lead pool your provider makes available to eligible customers. When you claim a lead, it is delivered to your usual Leads list and your provider’s normal delivery setup can send it to your CRM or workflow.

Accessing Club

Open Club in the customer portal. Your provider may give Club a custom name and URL, but /club is always available as a fallback. If you have access, you can browse available leads. If your provider offers a Club subscription and you do not have access yet, the page explains the offer and lets you subscribe from your billing area.

Finding a lead

Use the available filters and sorting options to narrow the pool by location or lead type. Only leads that still have available claims are listed. The table shows the lead’s location, lead type, and when it was received. Your provider controls the details and the number of customers who can claim each lead.

Claiming a lead

Select Claim on a lead, then confirm the action.
  • Club claims are free; they do not deduct from your wallet.
  • The lead is added to your Leads list.
  • You can only claim a source lead once.
  • Other eligible customers may also be able to claim the same lead, depending on your provider’s settings.
Claiming a Club lead is not the same as buying an exclusive lead. If you need to know whether a lead is exclusive, ask your provider before you work it.

Managing a subscription

When your provider offers Club subscriptions, you can select a plan from the billing area using a saved payment method. Your access starts after the subscription becomes active. If you cancel, your Club access remains available through the end of the current billing period. You can resume before that date. If a payment needs attention, follow the instructions in the portal to restore access.
