The Company Profile page lets you update the business information associated with your customer account. To access it, click the customer menu in the sidebar and select Company Profile.
You’ll only see the Company Profile option if your user account has the edit-profile permission. If you don’t see it, contact your provider to request access.

Identity

Your company name as it appears on your account.

Contact

Your primary business contact details:
  • Email — The email address associated with your company
  • Phone — Your business phone number (US and Canadian formats accepted)

Address

Your company’s mailing address, including:
  • Street address and apt/suite
  • City, state/province, and postal code
  • Country (US, Canada, or Australia)
The state/province and postal code labels adjust automatically based on the country you select.
