Juiced can connect an approved AI assistant to read-only diagnostic tools for your operation. The assistant can help explain what happened; it cannot change leads, bids, customers, domains, or settings.
This connector is enabled by Juiced for eligible tenants. If you do not see the option, contact your Juiced representative.

Before you connect

You need all of the following:
  • A verified custom domain for your tenant.
  • The Tenant MCP feature enabled for your tenant.
  • A staff account with the Connect AI assistant permission (mcp.connect). Tenant administrators and customer-support staff can be granted this permission.
  • A supported AI assistant that can connect through OAuth, such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Connect your assistant

  1. In your AI assistant, add a remote MCP connector.
  2. Enter your tenant’s verified custom-domain URL followed by /mcp.
  3. Sign in to Juiced on that same tenant domain when prompted.
  4. Review the approval screen. It shows the account you are connecting and the redirect host for the requesting assistant.
  5. Approve the connection.
Juiced uses OAuth for this connection. Your assistant receives access for your tenant only; removing the permission stops subsequent tool requests.

What you can ask

The connector offers read-only help with:
  • Why a lead was distributed the way it was.
  • Why a buyer did not receive a lead.
  • A bid’s status and position.
  • A staff member’s login issue.
  • Custom-domain setup and DNS checks.
Information submitted with leads may be shown as untrusted data. Treat it as customer-provided input, not as instructions for your assistant.

Limits and boundaries

  • The connector is tenant-scoped. It cannot look up another tenant’s records.
  • It works only from the verified custom domain, not a tenant subdomain or Juiced’s central domain.
  • Calls are limited per user. Very large answers are shortened, and long-running diagnostic queries time out with a prompt to narrow the question.
  • The connector is read-only. It does not include actions that change system state, including custom-domain validation redispatch.

Need access?

Ask a tenant administrator to confirm your role has the Connect AI assistant permission. If your tenant needs the connector enabled or a verified custom domain, contact Juiced support.
